Cerdo Bankpartner AB was founded in 2001 through a merger of the administrative units of Sparbanken Finn and Sparbanken Gripen (today Sparbanken Öresund after a merger in november 2010) and the previously jointly-owned companies Frispar Service AB and Frispar IT AB.
In the end of the 1990s the two savings banks conducted a major structural change and ten years later Sparbanken Syd makes a corresponding change in structure when it leaves the cooperation with Swedbank in order to be a customer and partner with Cerdo Bankpartner.
Cerdo Bankpartners staff has gained experience which can be compared to establishing a new bank. It is this unique experience together with expertise in administrative banking work, IT-solutions and process-development which is the base of our business.
